Conditions for the delivery of goods

The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by the following methods:

through a third-party courier service;
through the services of Bulgarian Post;

The delivery is made to the User's address on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless otherwise stated on the site.

Delivery costs are at the expense of the User.

Before sending the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to contact the User on the phone specified by him in order to specify details of the order and/or delivery.

The Seller shall not be liable for failure to fulfil an order in cases where the User has provided incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when he/she has provided an incomplete, incorrect or fictitious address or telephone number.

Delivery is made within the time limits described under each delivery option in the order interface module. In exceptional circumstances, the Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery time by informing the User in due time.

The Seller processes the orders within 1 business day after the order is executed. Delivery is usually made within the usual time limit according to the method of delivery chosen.

The ordered goods are delivered for signature, and the larger consignments when using a courier service are delivered to the entrance of the building.

The User is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and to notify the delivery service immediately if there are any discrepancies, defects and damages. If the User does not do this, the delivery is accepted without objection.

In the case of international deliveries, the rules for the delivery and receipt of consignments to the relevant national postal service and to the relevant national law of the country in which the recipient of the goods is located shall apply.

All import fees on importation of the goods are at the expense of the User. The User cannot claim a refund if he/she has refused to pay the import fees or receive the shipment.

The Seller reserves the right to change the available shipping and payment methods and/or conditions at any time by posting the available shipping and payment methods on the Website without any further notice.

Consumers can use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR), available on http://ec.europa.eu/odr - a single access portal that allows EU consumers and traders to settle disputes that have arisen.
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders is an out-of-court conciliation on a voluntary basis.
The Joint Conciliation Committees assist in reaching an agreement between consumers and traders in disputes over contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of services.
The Joint Conciliation Committees are designated on a regional basis, and competent for resolving disputes between the Merchant and the Consumer is the General Conciliation Commission based in Plovdiv and the region of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
